Love this Chia Body Oil
I love this new Chia Body Oil by Perricone MD. It's an oil , but not a thick or greasy type of oil. It's much lighter than other body oils I have used in the past, which I love. I think this is perfect for summer when I don't want that heavy feeling of my body cream that I use in fall/winter. I do notice a substantial increase in hydration and fine line reduction, which is exactly what I'm looking for. I'm so happy I got to try this and will continue to purchase.

Fast Absorbing, Skin Nourishing
I used this product on several family members who had dry patches, tough skin, or itchy bumps. Everyone loved how their skin felt afterwards. Itching was alleviated, and skin felt softer. On myself, I have very dry skin on my legs and my heels are cracked. I pretty much ignore my skin in the winter, which means it needs a lot of repair for the summer! From the start, the Perricone MD Chia Body Oil absorbed quickly into my skin and did not feel greasy. I could wear clothing immediately after applying. Even on first use, some of the reptile scale look diminished on my legs. After daily use for several days, my skin looked refreshed and virtually scale less. I used Perricone MD Chia Body Oil on my severely cracked heels. I was amazed at how soft my heels became and the cracking has begun to minimize. I'm looking forward to showing off my feet this summer! I was able to wear shoes immediately after applying. The only con I see is the application. You are to shake out a desired amount onto hands then massage into skin. The top of the bottle has a plastic insert reducing the opening to a small hole. Instead of having to shake it into my hand (I have a small hand), I would have preferred a medicine dropper top. That would also help to put oil in strategic locations (ie. Cracked heels). You might be able to use a cotton pad to apply, but I was worried that the cotton pad would absorb too much of the oil. All in all, I would recommend this to my family and friends. I think it's a great alternative to lotions that can leave a heavy or greasy feeling of be full of unnecessary perfumes and chemicals. I received this product free to try in exchange for an honest review, and this review is my unbiased opinion and honest feedback.

Beautiful body oil

I'm still not sure
I started using this oil as soon as I received it and thought it was great, with one uncertainty. I developed bumpy skin around my knees. I thought it could be coincidence and I continued using the oil. The bumps stayed so I stopped using the oil and about a week later the bumps subsided. I still can't be certain, but I'm not so sure my skin agrees with this oil.

The Essential Fx Acyl-Glutathione Chia Body Oil is so lightweight and has a nice smell to it. I use it after my showers, I lotion first and then use the Essential Fx Acyl-Glutathione Chia Body Oil over the lotion. I have noticed that my skin has gotten smoother and softer and you only need to use a little bit at a time. After using the the Chia oil my skin tends to have such a glow to it.
