I use this every night after my shower. I apply to my elbows, knees, ankles and anywhere that feels a little dry. I have noticed some improvemennt over the past few weeks, so I'll keep going with it. It absorbs quickly and doesn't feel greasy once absorbed. It smells pretty good too!

I wanted to love this product

I used this oil twice a day for two weeks. I really wanted to love it as much as some of their other products. Unfortunately, it just didn't provide the level of moisture my thirsty skin needed. I tried it on its own after towel-drying, I tried it on damp skin, and I eventually had to layer a moisturizer on top.

Excellent moisturizer

I was a little leery to try this as I don't typically love body oils but man, this stuff made me a believer. I'm so glad I was able to give this a try! Colorado is super dry in the winter and my skin has been parched. I've been using the oil twice a day on my arms and legs and my skin looks and feels great. Super smooth, no more dry cracks. Will absolutely purchase again!

Wish it Hydrated a Little More

Personally, I didn't find this oil to be as moisturizing as I would have hoped. My skin has been extra-dry and tight feeling lately and I was hoping this oil would be enough to quench my skin. I like Dr. Perricone products and I was hoping that this oil would replace my multiple hydrating efforts. I will say that the oil spreads comfortably, though it's easier to spread if you mix it with a moisturizer. At first I was confused to not see chia seed oil listed as an ingredient, however I think "linoleic acid" which is listed as an ingredient is likely what was derived from the chia seeds, so that solves that mystery. Going back to the oil itself, it felt moderately hydrating but not enough to get rid of that tight feeling. The scent is very mild for those who are sensitive. The oil leaves a slight glow on my skin. It doesn't feel overly heavy and leaves the skin soft to the touch. I do like that this oil also has anti-aging properties and is not just for moisture. That's primarily why I keep using it.
