Great moisturizing dry oil

I've never tried an oil like this before. I usually use lotions but really enjoyed this product. The scent is very light and fresh. It moisturizes my skin without leaving a gross oily feeling. My sensitive skin didn't break out with this product and it left my skin feeling supple and well moisturized.

I ordered this Essential Fx Acyl-Glutathione Chia Body Oil from Perricone MD to take care of some dry skin issues. I am always looking for body oil with great ingredients and I trust the quality of Perricone MD products. I love that it is deeply hydrating without being greasy. This fast absorbing oil has a light natural fragrance. I use it practically everywhere. I have really been able to tell a difference in the appearance of my hands. They look more supple and youthful. I like to use this body oil for my manicures and cuticles. I have even been known to use it on my hair. I am very happy with my chia body oil.

Very hydrating, non greasy.

I used this oil on all parts of my body, mostly legs and arms, elbows, knees and ankles. I must say, my skin overall is more luminous, and when scratched, no skin can be removed. This could also be in part due to the weather changing to spring here with more moisture in the air. Either way I am very pleased with the moisture level and appearance of my new spring skin.

My skin and I both love it!

When I say my skin is extremely sensitive, I don't think most people really grasp just how crazy my skin can be. I have struggled with awful bumps on my legs for as long as I can remember, and they are there whether I shave or not (kp? follicullitis?). Particularly when I shave, they hurt. I've tried roughly a zillion creams, lotions, and prescriptions, but nothing seems to make much difference. I tried this Perricone Chia Body Oil with low expectations. As I said, I've tried lots of products and most feel nice when I apply them but don't really do anything for my skin. Well shut the front door and pull up a seat because, friends, this actually works. I'm not saying it cured my bumps, but they are markedly better and my legs feel like silk! I just put a few drops of it on my palms, rub my hands to slightly warm the oil, and massage it on my semi-damp skin. My skin is weird and often doesn't absorb lotions/oils and they just sit on my skin, but this stuff soaks right in. I wait a few minutes before getting dressed because I have to plop my hair and such, but haven't gotten any oil on my clothes so I'm not sure the waiting is even necessary. My skin used to get uncomfortably dry in the evening so I always wound up putting on lotion at bedtime as well, but I haven't needed to do that since I started using the chia oil. Basically, I love this stuff, and my skin does, too. I'm hoping that with continued use, my bumps will really go away.

I received this Perricone MD Essential Fx Acyl-Glutathione Chia Body oil free to review. The packaging is luxe with gold metallic lettering accents on the box and brown glass apothecary bottle. The dropper bottle has a built in dispensing cap that controls the release of the dry body oil, which I appreciated. The chia oil has a subtle, sweet and nutty scent. I applied the body oil to my arms and legs and made a point to include my dryer areas of elbows and knees. The product immediately absorbed and eliminated the dry appearance of my skin. It felt hydrating and my skin felt smooth. As a result, my skin had a healthy glow. The body oil does not leave a greasy residue, so I had no concerns about it staining my clothing or sheets. I love the ingredients including, Acyl-Glutathione, flax, chia and macadamia seed oils and my skin loved them too! I would recommend this product and since the scent is not overpowering, I feel it would be popular with both men and women.

Feel nothing
