My new favorite body oil!

Thanks to Perricone MD for the free ESSENTIAL Fx ACYL-GLUTATHIONE Chia Body oil! Perricone MD kindly sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program so that I could review it. And I love the results! I live in Denver Colorado where the air is very dry and my skin gets dry often so I'm always looking for remedies, after using the Chia oil on my elbows, knees, ankles, and anywhere I felt my skin needed some nourishment and now my skin feels so soft, hydrated, moisturized and nourished! It's non-greasy and packed with smoothing lipids, Vitamin F blends, and omega-rich chia seed oil. I used it in my morning & evening beauty routine and love the results. After trying so many different lotions and oils Perricone is by far the best body oil on the market. Not sticky! WIN for my skin.

I really am enjoying this body oil. Doesn't leave any sort of sticky or tacky feeling to my sensitive fair skin. Dries almost instantly. Light clean floral scent which doesn't give me a headache. Left my skin very supple and moisturized for a good portion of the day. I did notice that it didn't work well for my heels, but nicely on my knees, elbows, arms, legs, shoulders. No skin reactions or rash which is awesome. I will keep using free sample till gone which will last me awhile. I won't be in a rush to reorder since it's a lil on the pricey side. I will use dry oil as a lil perk on my spa days or on days I want feel more pampered. I definitely recommend product. Nice to have something different for my skin to choose from.

Not greasy and long lasting

I received this product in exchage for a review. I was pleasantly surprised that the formula was lighter than I expected. The fragrance is pleasant and it was easy to use. I have sensitive skin and this was not irritating at all. I would recommend for someone looking for this type of product.

Makes your skin super soft!

This body oil makes your skin very soft and pleasant to touch. I especially love putting it on my elbows, it makes creates the softness that lasts! Another good thing about this oil is that it leaves no greasy feeling and will not stain your clothes or sheets (if you are applying it before going to bed). I am not a big fan of the smell - it does smell like a bunch of essential oils mixed together (which makes sense since those are the main ingredients:) but it's not overpowering at all. Also a little goes a long way, which is always a big plus! Will definitely continue using it!

Very hydrating

I have some thoughts on this. Pros: It's very hydrating. I used this on ky whole body the first couple of times and it definitely made my knees and elbows softer. It's brightening. I have dark knees and elbows, it definitely lightened and brightened them. It's not greasy feeling and it didn't transfer onto clothes. Cons: The smell. For me, I thought it had a very medicinal fragrance. A little overwhelming. Takeaway: I definitely buy it again, it works very well. I'd probably skip a whole body due to the fragrance and use it on areas that need it. I would definitely recommend this product, it works!

Nourishing and healing

I've really been enjoying this body oil and saw results after about a week of regular use. It's a light but very nourishing oil that spreads easily, absorbs quickly and gives a healthy glow. It works well on its own but after adding a few drops to a body cream, I noticed perpetually dry areas, like my elbows, ankles and shins, are no longer dull, rough or ashy. This does contain added fragrance (rose) but it's soft, doesn't linger and never irritated my ultra sensitive and reactive skin. That said, I can only speak to how it performs on my body as I didn't apply any to my face. Although pricey at $69 for 4oz, a little does go pretty far so I won't finish it quickly but once I do, I will repurchase. *I was gifted this to test and review honestly.

Lite scent amazing results

I would definitely recommend Essential Fx Acyl-Glutathione Chia Body Oil. It has a very light scent and definitely makes you are skin feels so much smoother. I have moderately sensitive skin and I didn't have any reactions to this. I primarily used it on my elbows. They were definitely very dry before I started using the oil. Now they're very smooth with a lot less bumps from dryness.

My skin is like butter

I really love using this product because I have average skin. Not too dry. Not oily. I was using this on my elbows and knees. Mainly that perfectly moisturized. Those trouble spots. I made the one mistake of applying this body oil before going to the gym and had a really hard time doing my workout as I was sliding all over my mat. Haha. I let my husband try this as he has very ashy skin and it did not benefit him at all. This is perfect for me. Also, I got a lot of compliments on the smell. I really enjoyed the calming effect of the scent

Hydrated skin ♥️

Thank you Pericone MD for the free product for leaving a review! Before using Perricone MD my skin was dry. When I started using the oil I was pleasantly surprised how lightweight and non greasy it felt. The oil soaked into the skin easily. It did not sit on the skin causing oily patches and I could put my clothes on immediately after applying without it staining. The only thing I would change is the smell. This is just a personal preference though and did not affect my decision on the performance of the oil. After applying my skin felt soft and looked more hydrated for hours.
