Chia Balm: Warm a small amount between fingertips and gently massage onto dry skin in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. If desired, remove any additional residue with a warm, damp washcloth. Use morning and evening. For best results, follow with your favourite Perricone MD treatment and moisturizer.
