Amazing!
I've tried ALOT of anti aging hand creams and this is by far the best! Been using about six weeks and notice a significant improvement in skin tone, skin smoothness, plumpness. Unlike other reviews I've never had problems with the pump. If I did I would cut off the bottom and squeeze out like toothpaste. So amazing I'm buying as Christmas presents for my friends!

Miraculous!
I suddenly noticed my hands were looking old so thought I'd try this. I used it for a week or so without really paying attention. Then one day I looked down at my hands and couldn't believe the difference! My hands looked fabulous! No dark spots, smooth and youthful. And the skin doesn't look so thin. I put two pumps on the back of my left hand then rub the backs of my hands together. When the lotion is well-distributed, I finish by rubbing it around with the palms of my hands like I normally do with hand lotion. This way you don't waste it. You really only need it on the backs of your hands and fingers. I look forward to continuing improvement. Great product. There's nothing else like it around. I use regular hand cream for extra moisturizing during the winter as well.

Everything in the Cold Plasma collection is beyond great. This hand cream delivers on every promise it makes. It easily absorbs and leaves your hands moisturized and brighter without a tacky residue. It might be on the high end price wise but worth every penny. Your hands looked k younger with continued use.

Genuine anti age cosmetics for your hands
Yes, I admit I am really very serious about skin care & don't mind to pay more if the product is really good. I have been using Dermalogica the last 15 years and recently changed to Perricone. Like many of us my skin is very unforgiving and did not agree with some other high end brands. Of course the choice of brand is a question to taste, skin and budget. In my cabinets there is a good range of decorative cosmetics too but I believe skin care is where time, effort and money should go to. Therefor my skin care products are probably double than what I have for make up up, etc.So after finding the complete Perricone skin care regime products with LOOKFANTASTIC I could not resist and ordered the hand cream ... Hand and neck are those areas where all those who choose to get cosmetic surgery done have no luck either. I agree with others, the pump is a bit of a pain so a pot would be better to use. However, the product is really impressive and I use it on top of my hands before sleeping, after that I use another good hand cream on top on the inside of my hands.So if you're serious about anti age care for your hands: thumbs up.Would be even higher up if the product came in a pot!!

this is a super handcream, you only need one pump and you're done. It feels super nourishing and hydrating and after a week my hands are recovered from all the hand sanitizer I've been using
