Amazing hand cream
My hands looked old... really old.. even though they were soft their appearance was embarrassing with wrinkles and spots. My hands look youthful after 4 weeks of using 2-4 times a day. I am thrilled. Have tried many products and nothing has worked as well as perricone cold plasma hand cream.

Amazing!
I've tried ALOT of anti aging hand creams and this is by far the best! Been using about six weeks and notice a significant improvement in skin tone, skin smoothness, plumpness. Unlike other reviews I've never had problems with the pump. If I did I would cut off the bottom and squeeze out like toothpaste. So amazing I'm buying as Christmas presents for my friends!

I suddenly noticed my hands were looking old so thought I'd try this. I used it for a week or so without really paying attention. Then one day I looked down at my hands and couldn't believe the difference! My hands looked fabulous! No dark spots, smooth and youthful. And the skin doesn't look so thin. I put two pumps on the back of my left hand then rub the backs of my hands together. When the lotion is well-distributed, I finish by rubbing it around with the palms of my hands like I normally do with hand lotion. This way you don't waste it. You really only need it on the backs of your hands and fingers. I look forward to continuing improvement. Great product. There's nothing else like it around. I use regular hand cream for extra moisturizing during the winter as well.

Frustrated!
I want to use it but the pump doesn't work right. I keep pumping and then I get a little amount. If I want more I have to keep pumping again. Therefore, I haven't been using it like I would like to. The little bit of cream that does come out is nice. Please correct this problem!!

Great for 70's plus hands!
I am 78 years young and my hands have recently looked dry and crepey from living in Florida with constant drying air conditioning . I have tried many hand creams. I use many Perricone's products so I decided to buy hand therapy. I have used hand therapy morning when I do my face treatments and night at bedtime. My hands seem softer looking and moisturized. I wish the tube was bigger, but I figured out how to use it. Because the cream is very thick ( which is a good thing) I turn it upside down and tap it a few times and the pump works better. Frankly, because the cream is so rich, would probably be easier to use if it was packaged in a jar. I will continue to use this product and recommend it to the older ladies!

Waste of time and money!
As per many previous reviews, there is a problem with the pump. Just thrown half-the-tube away after Customer Service representative told me that "it is the same as with toothpaste, you need to open the tube to let the air out". So much for active ingredients... The actual hand cream is OK, nothing to write home about.

Need different pump or flip cap
The pump on this tube simply does not work as one would hope. I have to pump mine around 20 times to get product to dispense. The actual hand cream is decent - once you get it out.
